The Early Years Branch is seeking one skilled individual to provide full-time, permanent data entry and back up administrative support in the Child Care Operations Unit in Regina.

We are seeking a candidate who is reliable, approachable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and possess a keen sense of detail. You will be a person who is focused and respectful, treating everyone with dignity while embracing diversity. Your tact and diplomacy when serving clients and colleagues will contribute to your success in this rewarding position.

Data Entry Clerks are responsible for entering, maintaining and manipulating data using various types of computer programs.

You will assist program staff and management in coordinating documents and materials with accurate formatting and proofreading; manage the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail; acquire and maintain inventory of forms, supplies and equipment; monitor and code expenditures; prepare and process business expense forms and contracts.

Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be acquired through education in Office Administration combined with administrative support experience.
