Description

Al-Baaqi Child Care Centre Educators are responsible for maintaining consistent concern for the health, safety, spirit, and well-being of all children always, and they do so full-filling responsibilities including but not limited to:

Providing and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment that promotes learning
Engages with each child individually each day, and makes an effort to greet parents/guardians
Demonstrates knowledge of childrens development and creates an environment that meets childrens developmental needs
Guiding and managing childrens behavior is done by the Educator in a manner that supports and adheres to our centre
Observes children for daily overall health and well being, and ongoing observations for signs of potential development and/or behavioral concerns
Assess the abilities, interests and needs of children and discuss any concerns with Director/Assistant Director/Supervisor
Support childrens play by providing structured and non-structured play opportunities
Our Educators plan, organize, and facilitate programmed activities which stimulate and encourage strength in each childs area of development as well as life skills.
Engages and works collaboratively as a team member in caring for the children and overall operation of our program.
