Now Hiring: Program Specialist  Aquatics
Location: City of Regina | Start Date: August (tentative)

Are you passionate about aquatic programs, recreation, and community wellness? The City of Regina is seeking a dedicated and energetic Program Specialist  Aquatics to lead and support a variety of aquatic, fitness, and leisure programs. In this role, youll play a key part in creating exceptional recreational experiences, supervising staff, and helping manage our aquatic facilities.

What Youll Do:
Develop and lead aquatic, fitness, sport, and leisure programs
Support facility operations and equipment planning
Supervise, train, and schedule program and aquatic staff
Assist in budgeting, reporting, and service evaluation
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all

What You Bring:
Diploma or degree in Recreation, Kinesiology, or related field
2+ years of experience in aquatics and recreation facility management
Strong leadership, planning, and customer service skills
Valid National Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, and Lifesaving Instructor certifications (within last 5 years)
Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle

Bonus: Experience with special populations, policy development, and recreation software.
