Join Our Team as an Administration Clerk!
Were looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Supervisor to join our Community Planning & Development team. This role is all about leadership, organization, and delivering exceptional servicesupervising front-line admin staff, overseeing facility bookings and cash operations, and keeping our administrative processes running smoothly.
What Youll Do:
Lead and support a dynamic front-line team
Manage office functions, reports, schedules, and financial processes
Assist with facility registrations and bookings
Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
What You Bring:
Grade 12 plus 2+ years of administrative experience
Strong computer and financial handling skills
Great people skills and ability to lead a team
