Job Description:
Davidson Financial & Accounting Services Inc. is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our office team. The successful candidate will provide support with daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Main Duties:
Answer phones and greet clients
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Perform data entry and maintain client files
Prepare and edit letters or reports
Organize and file paperwork
Monitor and order office supplies
Support the accounting team with basic tasks
Other duties as required (not limited to above)
Skills and Qualifications:
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, email)
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Office experience is an asset
Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism
