Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure superior client and customer service is always delivered
Educate Clients on the Steffes auction processes, from signing an auction to final settlement
Handle accurate payment collection and pickup processes to ensure a seamless experience
Accountable for answering questions from consignors via phone, in person, mail, and email proactively solving problems with high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain the auction schedule prioritizing internal communication between all Steffes teams, ensuring smooth coordination and information flow
Ensure timely milestone completion for the documentation and data capture for auction items being sold
Proofread descriptions for quality, grammar, spelling, and categorization, partnering with clients, Sales Representatives, and Coordinators, to review and revise descriptions
Coordinate photo upload processing and quality checks
Facilitate the end-to-end data entry and assembly of proposal of value and appraisal documentation
Track interactions relating to customer requests and proactively report areas of customer concerns with the ability to implement preventative measures to enhance service
Ensure appropriate taxes are entered, exception documents are filed according to local/state guidelines, and detailed system notes are current
Inspect VIN pictures on vehicles to ensure they match registration
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and foster positive relationships
Utilize software and computer skills efficiently to perform tasks and maintain accurate records
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work to avoid errors and deliver high-quality service
Collaborate with team to enhance customer experiences and share knowledge to improve overall efficiency
Maintain departmental reports to ensure prompt client and customer service with a focus on timely payment processing and minimizing aging inventory
