Are you passionate about community building and program development? The City of Regina is hiring a Neighbourhood Centre Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our neighbourhood centres while fostering strong community partnerships and delivering inclusive, engaging recreation, cultural, and leisure programs.

In this dynamic role, youll collaborate with community groups, schools, and civic departments to develop programs that reflect local needs and promote wellness, inclusion, and active living. You'll also manage facility operations, lead casual staff, and ensure the neighbourhood centre is a vibrant hub for residents of all ages and backgrounds.

What Were Looking For:
Experience in recreation programming and community development
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Knowledge of inclusive programming for diverse populations
Ability to manage facilities, staff, and resources effectively
Skilled in partnership-building and program evaluation
