Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping public spaces safe, functional, and ready for use? The City of Regina is hiring a Facilities Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of city-owned buildings, yards, and shop complexesensuring everything from sports facilities to public venues are maintained to the highest standard.

In this leadership role, youll supervise and train a team of up to 25 staff, manage scheduling, maintenance, and safety, and coordinate logistics for events and facility use. From budgeting to emergency response, your skills will help power the citys essential infrastructure.

What Were Looking For:
Strong supervisory experience in facility or operations management
Knowledge of HVAC, ice maintenance, mechanical systems, and facility safety
Experience leading teams in unionized environments
Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and equipment management
Ability to coordinate with user groups, vendors, and internal departments
