Full Time Generalist Teacher - MOOSOMIN

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Chief Moosomin School is located on Moosomin First Nation, approximately 30 km north of North Battleford, SK, near the resort Village of Cochin. Chief Moosomin First Nation School has a dedicated team that strives to be the leaders of instructional change for the school and are expected to lead, foster, encourage, and support improvement of the education program on Moosomin First Nation. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS AND ABILITIES / ATTRIBUTES:
    Plan, implement, evaluate, and report on Moosomin education programs
    Develop and monitor program workplans, objectives and outcomes
    Ability to embed local First Nation culture into teaching practice
    Implement new methodologies and strategies to provide a creative, engaged, and inclusive classroom experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must have:
    Must hold a Bachelor of Education
    Possess a Teacher Professional A Certificate
    Experience working with First Nation education institutions and programs
