The Northwest Regional Housing Authority is located in the communities of Buffalo Narrows and Ile a La Crosse and also serves the surrounding communities of Turnor Lake, St. Georges Hill and Michel village.  We are currently looking for a full-time Tenant Relations Officer to join our team in Buffalo Narrows!

The Position:
-Process housing applications and collect rent
-Coordinate move-in and move-out process
-Manage tenant and public inquiries
-Prepare banking statements

Responsibilities and Requirements:
-Ability to problem solve and deal tactfully and courteously with the public
-Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:
-Grade 12 or equivalent, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and some experience in an office environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience  
-A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
