The successful applicant will:
- Have an outgoing personality, positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Manage our existing client base using our in-house Customer Management tools
- Field customer questions and improve the customer experience
- Educate our clients on the features of their vehicle, including OnStar
- General administration tasks as required, including reception, as needed
- Work closely with our Sales Department to help build lasting relationships
- Training will be provided
