Greenwave is on a mission to help our clients eliminate energy and water waste by unlocking operational excellence in buildings. As part of our national expansion, we are seeking an Energy Advisor to work closely with our clients to identify and execute energy conservation opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience managing key customer relationships and executing contract deliverables within the building operations industry.
What you'll do
- Deliver unwavering customer support to help Greenwave clients reduce energy consumption by unlocking operational excellence in buildings
- Complete the design of Greenwave's energy sub-monitoring systems
- Coordinate sub-monitoring installation
- Analyze energy consumption insights from the proprietary Greensense software to identify energy conservation opportunities, prioritize capital projects, and measure and track conservation results
- Leverage Greensense insights to establish and lead a performance-based preventative maintenance program with facility operators
- Act as the main point of contact on key accounts, leading re-occurring meetings and ensuring client deliverables are met
- Train and deliver ongoing support to clients on Greensense
- Assist sales in the delivery of technical presentations and site design during the sales process
What you'll bring
- 3+ years working with external stakeholders in an account representative role (ex: customer support or sales)
- exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
- Building operations and/or equipment maintenance experience would be considered a very strong asset
- Strong organizational, data analytics and software skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high growth entrepreneurial environment
- A high degree of integrity, curiosity, trustworthiness and team-first attitude
