Description

The Moose Jaw Co-op is seeking an experienced Agronomist to join our team. In this role, you will support local producers with agronomic advice, crop planning, and in-season decision-making support. This position is ideal for someone who values teamwork, takes initiative, and is committed to helping growers succeed. This is a full-time position with peak seasonal hours in spring and summer.

What You'll Do:  
    Provide field scouting, crop diagnostics, and recommendations
    Develop and maintain crop plans for customers
    Support sales of seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products
    Assist with agronomy trials and in-field demonstrations
    Maintain accurate, timely field records and customer notes

Qualifications:  
    Degree or diploma in Agriculture or related field
    PAg, TechAg, APAg, ATechAg designation
    Strong understanding of prairie cropping systems
    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    Valid drivers license
