Avana is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Regina portfolio. The successful applicant will be a professional, self-reliant, trustworthy, and efficient individual who has endurance, the ability to follow instructions, a commitment to safety, is responsible for our on-site manual labour tasks and supports the operations of Avanas property portfolio. You will be responsible for a variety of maintenance work on our properties, from interior repairs and upkeep to exterior site maintenance and minor landscaping needs, where needed.

On a day-to-day basis, the Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Field Supervisor, Maintenance. In addition, this position will also work directly with the Property Managers to ensure a seamless resident experience.

The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident status or Canadian Citizenship) and must have a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
