Suncrest College welcomes applications for the position of Land Based Day Camp Leader. This is a term, part-time (28.5 hours per week; with one week without any scheduled hours in mid-July), student opportunity, based in Yorkton, SK.  The term for this position runs from July 2, 2025 to August 29, 2025.  

The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Coordinator of Applied Research this position is primarily responsible for creating and delivering fun, interactive, and educational activities for school aged children using Land Based Education practices. The goal of the Day Camp Leader is to keep day camp learners engaged and motivated to learn over the summer months. Travel between Yorkton and Kamsack is required.

Requirements:
- The minimum educational qualification for this position is equivalent to admission to a post-secondary program offered Suncrest College.
- Active student with a post-secondary institution.
- The minimum amount of practical, related experience required to perform the duties of this position is is less than one year.
- Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
- Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License
- First Aid Training is required
