Living Skies Housing Authority (LSHA) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Analyst to join the Business Support Operations team. The role reports to the Senior Business Support Analyst and plays a key role in supporting the needs of the housing networks business systems. This job can be performed at any of the Living Skies offices or remote (home) office - on the provision of excellent internet connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide timely issue resolution and prepare service requests in accordance with service level agreements
-Maintain detailed incident logs and document comprehensive resolution
-Develop and update HOMES training materials (manuals and video)
-Assist in delivery of HOMES training sessions to audiences with diverse technical backgrounds
-Assist in system testing including issue resolution, security checks, system enhancements, and disaster recovery plans
-Participate in committees and work groups to analyze and recommend future direction and recommend system improvements
-Communicate system outages, updates, and enhancements to the housing network
Qualifications & Skills:
-Completion of a computer-related or business degree, certificate, or diploma from a recognized institution and 6 18 months of experience in business process administration OR an equivalent combination of education and housing-related experience
-Experience with Oracle (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne) preferred
-Strong analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to write clear process documentation
-Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
-Proven facilitation and mediation skills
-Highly organized with ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and ma
-Valid SK drivers license is required
