At Prairie Clean Enterprises (PCE), we're turning flax straw - an underused agricultural byproduct - into valuable bio-based materials from our Weyburn facility.

We're hiring a Plant Shift Supervisor to oversee daily production, support plant operators, and ensure safe, efficient operations to support a small team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing clean-tech company - perfect for someone ready to take initiative and grow with us.

What We're Looking For:

     * Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.

     * Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.

     * Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.

     * Strong organizational skills and a safety-first attitude.

     * Able to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).

     * Physical ability to lift 40 lbs

     * Maintenance experience

     * Technical problem solving

     * Comfortable working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

     * Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.
