Prairie Clean Enterprises (PCE) turns underused flax straw into valuable bio-based products - from flax fibre and pellets to sustainable fuel materials. We're looking for dependable, hands-on people to help keep our plant and yard operations running smoothly.

As a Production Plant Operator, you'll handle daily tasks like loading/unloading materials, feeding straw into processing equipment, and operating machinery such as telehandlers, grinders, screeners, and forklifts.

What You'll Do:

     * Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently

     * Load straw bales and manage material flow

     * Keep work areas clean and organized

     * Perform safety checks and routine maintenance

     * Report issues and support team coordination

What You Bring:

     * 1+ year experience with heavy equipment

     * Outdoor work readiness and shift flexibility

     * Strong problem-solving, communication, and safety mindset
