We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Industrial Sales Representative with specialized knowledge in pumps and seals to join our dynamic team. This self-starter will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying key decision-makers within industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of the products and the ability to work independently to achieve business goals. Experience calling on mining clients would be considered a great asset.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the industrial sector with a focus on pumps and seals.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify prospective clients, industry trends, and competitor activities to strategize sales approaches.
Qualifications:
Minimum 35 years of experience selling or repairing industrial pumps and seals
Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, industrial sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong prospecting and lead-generation abilities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
