Description

Nova Physiotherapy is a locally-owned client-centered physical therapy clinic in Warman, SK. Our clinic is focused on creating and maintaining strong relationships with our clientele, community and employees. We are seeking an administrative professional who is organized, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. A passion for supporting health and wellness and a commitment to excellent service are essential.


Duties include:
-Greet and welcome clients when they arrive
-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
-Manage client appointments over the phone and in-person
-Process payments
-Maintain office security and have safe handling of all monies
-Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone and email to clients about our services
-Perform clerical duties such as word processing, data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing and faxing
-Clean rooms and equipment

Qualifications:
-High school degree. Additional certifications in business/office administration are preferred.
-Previous experience in an administrative role is a strong asset. Preference will be given to candidates with this background.
-Experience using Jane (clinic management software) and knowledge of direct billing processes is highly preferred.

-Valid CPR, First Aid, and AED certification is considered an asset.
-Criminal record check
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
-Ability to use office equipment (e.g. fax machine, scanner, and printer)
-Professional attitude and interpersonal skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
-Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
