Reporting to the Senior Manager Studies, the Project Manager, Studies is accountable for the scoping and delivery of studies from inception through to FEL2 completion. These studies cover all aspects of the KPSC Bethune mine, and help shape the future of the business. This position is expected to co-ordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver studies, accounting for project budget, schedule, while delivering solutions that address the business objectives. -Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering.
-Professional designation preferred, a combination of equivalent skills and experience will be considered.
-Project Management Professional Designation (PMP) is considered an asset.
-10+ years experience in engineering or project management, preference given to experience in potash or heavy industry.
-Demonstrated experience in Engineering environments and working with EPCMs and consultants.
-Experience in FEED projects, specifically from initiation through to completion of feasibility study.
-Demonstrated proficiency in fostering business-focused collaboration, aligning cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
-Established leadership abilities, including influencing the decision-making of internal and external stakeholders, and coaching, mentoring, and developing a team.
