The Ministry of Highways has an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development in the Corporate Services Branch, this position is responsible for the design, development and delivery of learning initiatives, including e-learning. This position will often work with subject matter experts to translate the ministrys technical information into learner friendly training material. Leadership and management skills training and coaching are also key focus areas for this position.

- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
To be successful in this position the required knowledge, skills and attributes are typically obtained through:
- A degree in Education, Human Resources, or Business Administration and/or a combination of relevant education and experience of at least two years developing learning material; or,
- A certificate in Adult Education: to incorporate principles of adult education into the design, development and delivery of learning that meets adult learner needs.
This position may be staffed in either Regina or Prince Albert. The successful candidate must possess and maintain a valid drivers license and be willing to occasionally travel throughout the province at pre-scheduled times. Travel will be required approximately 20% of the time.
