The Network Analyst is focused on leading the new technology introduction, evolve network acceptance, participate in projects and network upgrades. You will champion operational readiness and process improvements, and be an expert in the hands-on troubleshooting of network technologies with a strong knowledge in a variety of network vendors and their management systems. You will be providing technical support to network operations teams for escalated incidents of varying complexity. You will work with Solutions & Architecture team and network vendors for new technology deployments, helping to build, maintain, and operate a reliable network for our customers. You will also provide much of the hands-on support, configuration and installation for customer devices as required and may support ad-hoc network projects.
The position ensures that all network issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently by either resolving them directly or by escalating to a senior team member. The successful candidate will be an important part of a larger team, providing direct customer support on issues and participating in management of all network components.
The Network Analyst will be supported and mentored by the team lead. This is a critical front-line operational role subject to regular business working conditions, may be assigned to customer sites and occasional travel is a requirement of the role.
