Are you experienced in peat moss operations and ready to lead a high-performing team? The Bog Manager will play a key role in driving operational success in our harvesting operations.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise bog operations and production crews.
Ensure safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
Monitor quality, sustainability, and productivity.
Coordinate equipment use, maintenance, and repairs.
Manage inventory, storage, and shipping logistics.
Collaborate with other departments and contribute to budgeting and planning.

Qualifications:
3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in peat or related industries.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations, mechanics, and production methods.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in operations or supply chain is an asset.
Familiarity with horticultural products and peat moss is a plus.
