Key Responsibilities:
-Greet clients, answer phone calls and handle email inquiries professionally
-Provide administrative support to management and production teams
-Coordinate orders, scheduling and delivery logistics
-Communicate with clients
-Maintain organized records and documentation (invoices, purchase orders, etc.)
Requirements:
-Previous administrative experience
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
