Adair Sales & Marketing Company Inc. is a leading provider of agricultural and construction equipment, parts and solutions to dealers across Western Canada. We are committed to supporting ag and construction dealers with innovative products and exceptional service. We are currently seeking and results-driven Territory Manager to expand our presence in a specific territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales in an assigned territory
- Develop strong relationships with existing dealers and identify new business opportunities
- Promote and sell our product lines
- Attend Farm Shows, trade events and sales meetings
- Collaborate with the internal sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records, customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools
- Provide market feedback to help shape sales and product strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in agricultural or construction equipment sales, agribusiness, or related field
- Strong understanding of farming operations and ag equipment
- Ability to travel within assigned territory (class 5 driver's license required with the willingness to get a G endorsement)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
Remuneration will be determined by experience and skills.
