The Home Operator strives to remain sensitive toward the needs of each individual participant when providing residential/domestic training and life skills development.

The successful candidate will assist the individual in achieving his/her optimal degree of self-reliance, while providing supervision of, and assistance with daily personal care throughout the evenings and/or weekends. Successful candidates must be receptive toward direction given and demonstrate respect toward established protocol.
