Raccolto is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality and effective staff management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily restaurant operations, scheduling, staffing, training, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle financial aspects, including cash management, sales tracking, bookkeeping, record keeping, and tip-out.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Foster a positive work environment and handle customer complaints.
- Oversee and maintain inventory counts and records, and oversee food quality with the kitchen staff.
- Implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage payroll and oversee employee training, coaching, and development.
- Record all incoming invoices into the accounting program, and diligently monitor daily sales in comparison to operational costs
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services.
-Ensure policies and procedures for ordering and receiving orders.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in restaurant management and prior years of service in different roles within a restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS system management.
- Passion for hospitality and excellent customer service.
- Must be fluent in English
