The Director of Product Support Agriculture (AG) provides leadership and direction for Brandts parts and service support functions. Responsible for leading a team of Regional Customer Support Sales Managers and growing Agricultural parts and service sales. As a leader of our team for Product Support Sales, the successful candidate must have a proven track record in sales management, be dedicated to outstanding customer service, be well organized, and capable of leading a highly motivated team. The ideal candidate will have a relevant combination of education and experience along with a proven track record in the agricultural product support business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Process
*Own overall Strategy and Annual Business plans with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth.
*Manage Sales Processes such as Call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
*Establish key KPIs for CSAs and measure on a regular basis.
*Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region.
*Engage and support in large Fleet accounts.
*Analyze Reports to provide insight and feedback to guide performance of CSAs and branches.
*Support in development of overall Parts and Service Sales strategy.
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in a Sales, Marketing, or Industry
Strong Leadership skills
*A drive to expand knowledgebase to fully understand corporate objectives.
*Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
*Highly organized with the ability to work well under time pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
*Strong collaboration and relationship building skills to drive results through motivating and influencing.
