Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker / Refacing Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with cabinet installation, woodworking, or finish carpentry, but we are also open to training individuals who are motivated and eager to learn. This is a full-time role, averaging 35 to 40 hours per week, with hours that may vary slightly based on project timelines and site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform cabinet refacing and installation using provided tools and materials
Interpret and follow plans and specifications with accuracy
Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely
Troubleshoot installation challenges and propose practical solutions
Ensure high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients and coworkers

Qualifications:
Prior experience in cabinet making, carpentry, or installation is an asset
Ability to read and understand plans and measurements
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on quality
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid drivers license
Willingness to undergo a criminal record check
