Description

The Provincial Treasury Office (PTO) in the Ministry of Finance is responsible for providing leadership on and arranging and managing the financing requirements for the Government of Saskatchewan, Crown Corporations and other government agencies. It manages the provincial debt, cash position and banking arrangements of the General Revenue Fund, and provides an investment management service to various funds administered by the Government and other agencies.

PTO is seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented administrative professional to join us in the role of Executive Coordinator. As the Executive Coordinator, you will provide senior level administrative leadership and office management support to the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) and team by:
- Managing the ADMs calendar through collaboration, prioritization and scheduling;
- Assembling all briefing and background materials for the ADM and other PTO members in preparation for meetings;
- Monitoring the ADMs emails and redirecting requests to other team members as appropriate;
- Managing incoming calls for the ADM and the Capital Markets trading desk;
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating team travel and logistics for investor relations, stakeholder meetings and other events;
- Monitoring administrative processes and making improvements across the branch to ensure optimum efficiency;
- Managing registrations and travel arrangements for conferences;
- Drafting, recording, proofreading and/or editing a variety of correspondence in accordance with Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) visual identity standards;
- Participating in and coordinating management meetings including drafting and distributing agendas; recording minutes; and, tracking and monitoring action items to ensure timelines are met; and,
- Coordinating team meetings and events.
