We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shop Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Regina, SK. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our shop runs efficiently while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.  They must be reliable, conscientious, independent and willing to work flexible hours with occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
    Mechanically inclined.
    Previous experience working in a shop or manufacturing setting preferred.
    Strong knowledge of safety practices in a workshop environment.
    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    Hold a valid driver's license.
    Experience hooking up, unhooking and towing cargo trailers.
    Read, speak and understand English
    Must be able to pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test.
    Be willing to travel outside of Regina for work assignments, which may require staying overnight as needed.
