Were looking for a results-driven Controller to provide leadership in financial operations, team development & system optimization.

Responsibilities
-Manage all aspects of accounting operations including month-end/year-end for all locations
-Prepare financial stmts, reports, analysis
-Provide insights to mgmt
-Respond to & resolve financial inquiries
-Collaborate with others to optimize performance & support business growth
-Manage general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, accruals, intercompany transactions
-Ensure compliance with ASPE & tax legislation (GST/PST, payroll remittances)
-Lead & mentor accounting team
-Support change mgmt during ERP & reporting transitions
-Share best practices for data integrity/automation within the ERP (e.g., D365)
-Collaborate with IT & BI teams to improve processes

Requirements
-CPA designation
-Bachelors degree Accounting/Finance/Business Admin
-Clear, accurate, timely communication
-5+ years in senior accounting/controller role, ideally in multi-location environment
-Exp in equipment dealership, retail, ag, manufacturing an asset
-Familiarity w/D365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP systems strongly preferred
