The Support Services Analyst - Lending supports the delivery of lending to our members, ensuring all activities are in compliance with credit union policies and procedures. The Support Services Analyst - Lending provides expertise in loan processing and administration.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Provide technical direction and support to advisory staff to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of moderate to complex loan files.
- Assist Support Services Specialists in the development and implementation of procedures within established policies to ensure effective operations of the Credit Union.
- Work cooperatively within the team to ensure service standards are met.
- Utilize digital solutions to create efficiencies, simplify members banking needs, and enhance the member experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of formal post-secondary education or equivalent; plus 1-3 years' job-related experience (or a combination of education and experience).
- Strong communication with the ability to relate well to members and coworkers.
- Detail-oriented and risk aware, contributing to the safeguarding of our companys assets and reputation.
- Proficient in digital literacy, including (but not limited to) critical thinking, problem solving and navigation using digital solutions.
- Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, PowerBI), workflows, and file management.
