Description

Sexual Assault Services of Saskatchewan (SASS) is seeking a dynamic Provincial Coordinator to lead the province-wide implementation of the Trauma-Informed Practice for Lawyers and Justice Sector Professionals Supporting Victims of Sexual Assault and Abuse Training Project.

This role will coordinate the creation and delivery of a multi-modal, evidence-based training program to equip Saskatchewan legal and justice sector professionals with trauma-informed practices. The Coordinator will work closely with stakeholders, survivors, and sector partners to ensure the program is responsive, inclusive, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all project activities and timelines

Support development and delivery of culturally responsive curriculum

Liaise with justice stakeholders, legal professionals, and community agencies

Lead stakeholder engagement and provincial outreach

Support program evaluation and reporting

Qualifications:

Degree/diploma in Law, Justice Studies, Public Policy, Gender Studies, Education, or related field

3-5 years of experience in project coordination, training, or justice sector work

Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice

Experience working with diverse communities

Excellent organization, facilitation, and communication skills

Familiarity with Saskatchewans legal system is an asset
