Description

The Party City Associate position is fast-paced, involving constant interaction with customers to assist them with their party needs including balloons.    

MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Help customers with their balloon orders by helping them create and filling them up with Helium  
-Provide customers with friendly, informed service about products
-Guide customers to location of products
-Stock shelves and display areas
-Keep Party City department  neat and tidy
-Adhere to company, store and department policies
-Complete other tasks, as required
-Help on cash when needed

-Punctuality

PHYSICAL DEMANDS (refers to an 8-hour shift with standard breaks)

-Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
-Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and carry as required
-Ability to lift and turn repeatedly throughout the shift
-Able to twist, turn, reach and work above shoulder level
