JR & Co Roofing Contractors Inc. is a leading commercial roofing company based in Saskatoon, SK. We are expanding our Roof Production Team and are looking for reliable and experienced Roofers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install new commercial roofing systems as part of full roof replacement projects
- Tear off existing roofing systems safely and efficiently
- Assist in staging and setup of materials and tools for job execution
- Ensure proper installation techniques according to specifications and safety standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work cooperatively with crew members and supervisors to complete jobs on schedule
- Follow company safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first culture

Qualifications:

- Previous roofing experience required (flat roofing preferred)
- Familiarity with membrane systems such as SBS, TPO, EPDM, or similar
- Understanding of commercial roofing best practices and installation procedures
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Able to travel out of town for short durations when required

Required Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in roofing
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- Time management and reliability on job sites
