The primary responsibilities include building strong strategic partnerships, using data to analyze policy issues in homelessness, providing expert knowledge and guidance, providing timely reports to the SHIP Board of Directors and coordinating with HIPSK on data collection management and driving progress toward achieving priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
A background in data science/analytics and management information systems.
A post-secondary degree in a related discipline and/or demonstrated experience in the field of data management, and project supervision.
Experience with new technologies and the use of data bases as an administrator.
Comfortable using screen-capture and video editing software, group engagement software (Slido etc.) video-conferencing tools and MS Suite.
Experience liaising between multiple agencies facilitating multiple tasks.
You will:
Lead a small team to implement, monitor, and maintain the HIFIS data collection system.
Manage project design, data collection, data analysis, and distribution of data findings to HIPSK and related partners.
Manage contracts, budgets, quarterly, and annual reports, expenditure plans, as required and determined by SHIP.
Responsible for analyzing and monitoring trends in homelessness at the local, regional, and national levels.
Responsible for the development and expansion of HIFIS and the onboarding of new agencies, and project management of existing agencies.
