We are looking for an experienced Manager to help lead our team at our Buckingham Dr location.

As the Manager of the Buckingham location, you will be responsible for managing daily operations behind the bar, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring our caf runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about coffee and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
2+ years of barista experience; 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong understanding of coffee preparation and caf workflow
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
