Based in Regina and guided by an in-house GIA Diamond Graduate, our pieces reflect love's finest expression - crafted with care and guided by knowledge.

We are looking for a Client Advisor, a trusted representative of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized, high-touch service to clients throughout the entire sales journey. We are a no-pressure environment.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain client records
- Appear in-store content and assist with social media when required
- Assist with inventory management, product presentation, and merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to operational standards
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Proven sales and customer service skills
- Not social media shy and comfortable appearing in brand content
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of personal integrity and professional ethics
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when required
- Comfortable working with computers and retail software systems
- Ability to perform basic math for transactions and inventory

While prior jewellery experience is not essential, we're dedicated to training individuals who bring professionalism, enthusiasm, and a client-first mindset.
