Your Mission:
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with clarity and confidence
- Create repair orders, manage communication, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
- Support Technicians and align timelines for smooth, efficient service
- Help keep our Service Desk running like a well-oiled machine
Your Toolkit:
- Experience in a Customer service or advisory role
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- A team-first mindset with a passion for getting things done right
- A knack for balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude (heavy-duty or automotive industry experience is a plus!)
