Providing crucial support by managing office tasks, maintaining records, and facilitating communication within a company. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting other staff members, also act as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients. Sales experience is also an asset.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong computer skills and data entry experience
Excellent clerical and administrative skills
Customer service and phone etiquette expertise
Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
Familiar with QuickBook Online and basic knowledge of bookkeeping
Sales Experience
Salary will be dependant upon experience. Subject to negotiation.
