Description

The Village of Creelman is seeking a hard-working individual to join our team in this supervisory position.

Duties include inspections, maintenance and repair of the water and sewer systems, oversight of daily water tests, and submission of water samples as required.  Working with the Village Administrator, the Operator will be responsible for scheduling of other employees and meeting with contractors for system repairs.  Evening and weekend work may be required.

Individuals that possess Class Two Water and/or Wastewater certification are preferred. Prior public works experience is an asset. The Village will consider an individual who holds a Grade 12 high school certificate or GED equivalent, and is willing to take the courses for water certification.

Applicants must be able to communicate well, be attentive to details, and have excellent time management skills.
