Are you our next Team Member?
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Paint Line Attendant to support the daily operations of our powder coating line. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. While prior experience in a paint line or manufacturing setting is an asset, it is not required  training will be provided.
This role is essential to ensuring the smooth flow of materials and parts throughout the coating process, including hanging, unloading, inspection, and packaging.

What will you be working on?
- Assist in loading and unloading parts onto the paint line.
- Hang parts according to production orders and specified layouts.
- Visually inspect parts before and after coating for defects or damage.
- Package and label finished parts according to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Support the team with general labor tasks as required.

What is required for this role?
- Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is an asset but not required.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
