Are you our next Team Member?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Brake Press Operator to support our fabrication department. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating brake press machines to form parts according to engineering drawings and production specifications.
This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, accuracy in reading measurements, and a commitment to producing high-quality components.

What will you be working on?
- Set up and operate brake press machines to bend, form, or straighten metal components
- Interpret blueprints, part drawings, and work orders to determine correct tooling and bend sequences
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.) to verify dimensions and quality
- Perform basic machine adjustments to ensure accurate bending
- Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications and make necessary corrections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine maintenance of the machine
- Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE during operation
- Work collaboratively with other fabrication team members and communicate issues or delays promptly

What is required for this role?
- Experience operating a brake press (e.g., CNC or manual) in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn and grow within the fabrication department
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
