-Addressing complaints or concerns from clients or staff, and resolving any issues that arise.
-Providing training to new cleaning staff and ensuring they are familiar with cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
-Preparing reports for management, maintaining records of work schedules, inventory, and other relevant information.
-Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for cleaning staff.
