North Fringe Industrial Technologies is hiring a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Nipawin, SK. This is a full-time position supporting customers, coordinating sales activity, and helping move projects forward across Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Youll assist with quotes, order entry, product selection, and communication between customers, suppliers, and our field team. Youll play a key role in supporting pump sales, rentals, repairs, and dredging services by keeping our internal processes sharp and our customer experience strong.

What Youll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
Prepare quotes and assist with pump or parts selection
Support the sales team with CRM updates, lead tracking, and coordination
Work with shipping/receiving to track and fulfill orders
Stay on top of inventory, lead times, and product knowledge

What You Bring:
A high school diploma (technical or post-secondary education is an asset)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Confidence with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
A customer-first attitude and willingness to learn
