Extol Developments is a construction management firm based in Regina, SK executing both residential and commercial projects. We deliver projects as committed and exceed expectations by providing clear, concise, and timely communication to clients and subtrades.

We are looking for a self starter with an energetic, results oriented work style, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The project manager will develop detailed project plans and coordinate with people and processes to ensure recourse availability and allocation, time-efficiency, and desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a projects organization and timeline.

Responsibilities:
-Develop project plans including scope, schedule, performance, expenditures, procurement, and any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, or deficits.
-Track progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
-Develop and maintain relationships with clients, shareholders, and subtrades.
-Clearly communicate project requirements and progress with clients, colleagues, and subtrades.
-Develop and maintain shared documentation of project requirements and progress.
-Perform risk management and ensure OH&S requirements are met on sites.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
-Experience with project management and related software tools, and mechanical, electrical, architectural and structural scopes.
-Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Experience with Microsoft platforms including Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive.
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.
-Valid Class 5 drivers license and Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
