The Product Innovation Specialist is responsible for assisting with designing, testing, and creating new products to add to BOLDs portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Research market trends and consumer preferences to identify new cannabis product opportunities that align with BOLDs brand and manufacturing capabilities
-Develop, formulate, and test new products from concept to shelf-ready, refining based on performance, feedback, and internal review
-Have a solid understanding of the cannabis market and knowledge of cannabis products
-Source and procure materials, packaging components needed for innovation, including both bulk and niche products
-Gain knowledge of BOLDs manufacturing process to understand best ways to innovate with our capabilities
-Contribute to ideas and innovation for packaging
-Collaborate with teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align product development with sales goals
-Conduct product trials, document findings, and adjust to achieve the best results
-Maintain general knowledge of Health Canada regulations and ensure products meet compliance standards
-Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and emerging technologies relevant to cannabis and CPG
-Track and document development progress, formulation changes, and test results
-Organize product development data and testing results to support decision-making, and present key findings to management in clear, concise summaries
-Other duties as required
