We are looking for a Regional Intelligence Solutions Mgr to join our energetic organization & work from North Battleford or Unity. This is a great opportunity to lead & support the optimization efforts of our Precision Ag team in the region. Responsibilities
-Maintain current knowledge of latest John Deere equipment/tech
-Train service techs to perform infield optimizations/start-ups
-Support high-level of optimization knowledge in service dept
- Lead demos of new products/tech, infield start-up & optimizations for key customers
-Assist in the development & delivery of customer clinic events
-Support in the development of SVAP products
-Participate in training/onboarding for all staff
-Deliver/develop demo process & equipment prep training
-Maintain customer data management
-Build/maintain a constructive work env within the organization

Requirements
-Excellent communication, public speaking, training skills
-2+ years experience in ag or related field
-Dealership sales, service, and/or training exp in an ag env
-Knowledge/familiarity with tech used in ag
-Ability to use desktop & internet applications
-Grade 12/equivalent
-Travel within designated area, work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, holidays
-A valid Class 5 Drivers License
